Nothing, it is perfect.

Stayed in December for Christmas. The hotel offered an amazing traditional Japanese breakfast that was included in the price of the room. The bath facilities were clean and an added bonus at the hotel. It was conveniently located near public transportation which made it easy to explore the city.

The room felt a little too compact and rigidly designed. , the heating system was not working properly which made for a chilly night despite using extra blankets.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a convenience store, in close proximity to the train station and railway lines. the rooms are equipped with the basics and the laundry service is free to use. Front desk staff is helpful and can manage in English.

The breakfast is only Japanese cuisine.

My family and I had a great stay at a good value and economical hotel near Kyoto. The hotel was in good condition and quite modern, providing us with a comfortable and clean place to lay our heads at night.
