Stayed in December for Christmas. The hotel offered an amazing traditional Japanese breakfast that was included in the price of the room. The bath facilities were clean and an added bonus at the hotel. It was conveniently located near public transportation which made it easy to explore the city.
The room felt a little too compact and rigidly designed. , the heating system was not working properly which made for a chilly night despite using extra blankets.

The hotel's amenities were worth noting as they catered to tourists' needs. the location was very convenient, with bus, tram and metro transportation options nearby. Another positive aspect was the free laundry service that is perfect for travelers, and the breakfast buffet, which offered plenty of variety.
The room was densely packed with little area to store personal belongings. There was no view from the window or comfortable chair.

My family and I had a great stay at a good value and economical hotel near Kyoto. The hotel was in good condition and quite modern, providing us with a comfortable and clean place to lay our heads at night. We were particularly impressed with the included breakfast, although there was a small hiccup on the last day with a queue and some dishes running out. Despite these minor drawbacks, we found the staff to be friendly and the amenities provided, such as free bottled water and high-quality shampoo/conditioner/body soap, were a nice touch. The location was also convenient, with easy access to JR stations and the Kyoto subway. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Kyoto.
